16 months?!

Well. It's been 16 months since I last did a painting. I have to admit I was rather apprehensive about picking up a paintbrush again as I was sure I'd have forgotten how to paint. I decided I had nothing to lose and went all out; challenging myself by using a smaller canvas than usual and painting a subject matter I've not tackled before either. Turns out, I hadn't forgotten as much as I thought I had... and actually feel quite chuffed with the outcome!
